Today, I would like to offer you a very little but handy tool to make article writing a little bit easier.
The whole idea is that you can load a list of keywords / phrases and then use a simple shortcut in any editor to see the keywords from your list, which have still not been used in the text that you’re writing.
Just make sure that your keyword file has the *.txt extension and includes no more than one keyword / phrase per line.
After you run the program (no installation required), you will see a little icon in the taskbar, like this one: .
Right-click on this icon. The following menu will pop-up:
Click Load keywords… and select your file.
Then start writing in any editor of your choice. Whenever you want to see a list of still unused keywords, simply press Windows logo key+Z (I may think about providing an option to customize this shortcut). You will see a tooltip similar to the one below (it will display next to your mouse cursor):
It will go away after 6 secs.
The software is free, no spyware or adware of any kind.
If you thinks this tool could be helpful, download it now.
Enjoy!
