What a day! You should have heard of usercash before it you are a genuine reder of my blog ;) $5 e-gold and paypal payout as much as 1$ / 3999 redirects. Well, to day I found three similar service with better interface (I'm trying them out to see if they are better at paying too ;)
Service 1
Let's call this "Service 1". You don't want me to tell you the secret, that would bring no fun guessing, ne? This service has been in existence as long as usercash, but their server is a little slower and payment methods is not as flexible so at that time I'm not interested in it. But now they have changed pay out through paypal, moneybooker ($5 min), egold ($20 min), bank transfer ($100 min), tools section is as diverse as usercash, enough options to satisfy every webmaster (with strangely similar points, I wonder if the two service is from the same people). However, it's "officialy" an alternative to usercash, if at one point usercash don't satisfy your greed any more, click here to sign up with $0.5 bonus.
Service 2
Still in beta, but already have a really good interface compared to others, this service has the best banner redirect rate of all: $1 / 5000, slightly better page rate than usercash: $1/3500, its weak point is, it will only payout with Paypal at $5 and no referral program.
Figured out what is it yet?
It's linkbucks
Service 3
Look even simpler than usercash but maybe this one has the best payout (at least they say so) 2€ per 1000 redirects,you can control whether to display ad or not for redirects, use your ad code and spread load (1 link could redirect to one of the target URLs), the only thing that annoyme is I can't find their request payout button enywhere.

One notice: do not redirect between those service I presented here (e.g. usercash link to linkbucks then to terget page) only redirect with one at a time
